Lead inclusive education and student success

Rostrevor College is seeking a dynamic and compassionate leader to join our Senior Leadership Team as Director of Inclusion (Years 7–12).

This pivotal role provides strategic leadership to ensure every student is supported to thrive through inclusive, equitable and evidence-based practices across the College

About the role

You will:

  • Lead inclusive education strategy and programs across the College
  • Oversee learning support, intervention and personalised learning plans
  • Drive data-informed and evidence-based approaches to inclusion and student growth 
  • Build staff capability through professional learning and coaching

You are an inspiring and strategic leader who:

  • Has deep expertise in inclusive education and differentiation
  • Demonstrates strong leadership of diverse teams and programs
  • Builds strong partnerships with staff, students and families
  • Is committed to equity, belonging, and student-centered practice

The successful applicant must also complete our child-safe screening processes, including holding a Working with Children Clearance.
