Rostrevor College is seeking an exceptional educational leader to join our Senior Leadership Team as Director of Teaching & Learning (Years 7–12).

This strategic leadership role is responsible for shaping a high-performing learning culture, embedding evidence-based practice, and driving outstanding academic outcomes across Years 7 to 12.

About the role

You will:

  • Provide strategic leadership of curriculum, pedagogy and assessment
  • Lead staff development, coaching and professional growth
  • Oversee student achievement, data analysis and reporting 
  • Drive continuous improvement aligned to contemporary research and frameworks
  • Work closely with leaders to ensure strong outcomes and pathways
