A Boarding House Supervisor ensures a safe, supportive, and structured environment where students feel at home. This role involves student supervision, pastoral care, academic support, and daily operations, fostering positive behaviour and wellbeing. Responsibilities include monitoring students, assisting with study, supporting transitions to boarding life, and liaising with families. A Supervisor also promotes faith formation, upholding the College’s Catholic values. Administrative tasks, medication distribution, and occasional overnight duties are required. Maintaining professionalism, clear boundaries, and engaging in ongoing development are essential. This role balances student wellbeing, academic success, and operational efficiency to create a thriving boarding community.
