Daily Organiser & Timetable Coordinator

The Daily Organiser & Timetable Coordinator will be responsible for planning, implementing, reviewing, and improving matters of organisation at Rostrevor College. They will work proactively, efficiently, and diligently to ensure adequate cover for planned and unforeseen absences of staff, as well as coordinate and manage the College Timetable.

The Daily Organiser & Timetable Coordinator will ensure relief cover for absent teaching and non-teaching staff as required. They will coordinate the College Timetable each Semester and manage changes in subject selections and teacher allocations throughout the year. The Daily Organiser & Timetable Coordinator will also play a key role in the management and coordination of Learner Management Systems, EDVAL and SEQTA.

Payroll & Finance Officer

Under the direction of the Assistant Business Manager and the Director of Business, the Payroll and Finance Officer is responsible for the day-to-day administration of Rostrevor College’s business and financial activities. The role will ensure the timely and accurate processing of payroll and debtor management processes and actions.

As a member of the Finance and Front Office Team, the Payroll and Finance Officer will play an active role in providing support and assistance across finance and front office duties. They will actively contribute to consistent review and improvement of processes and will be a professional and collegial member of their working teams.

Academic Staff - English

Rostrevor College is seeking a full-time replacement teacher for the 2025 school year to teach Middle and/or Senior Years English. They will join the Middle and Senior Years staff cohort, undertaking teaching from Years 7 to 12 depending on their skill set and experience.

This teaching load may include Religious Education, and so experience and interest in teaching RE will be considered advantageous.
