Rostrevor College Football Program

Developing the AFL and SANFL stars of the future

Rostrevor's Football Program integrates with the College Curriculum to develop talented young players and help them reach their full potential.

Rostrevor has a strong and enduring tradition of supporting and developing quality footballers and has seen nine graduates drafted to AFL clubs in the past five years, including recent graduates Hugh Jackson (Port Adelaide) and 2021 Deputy Head Prefect Alastair Lord (Essendon).

At Rostrevor, we understand there’s more to being an elite athlete than just training and playing so it is vital that the program adopts a holistic approach to each student’s academic, football and personal development.

Rostrevor’s Football Program strives to:

·       Develop players that go on to play AFL, SANFL or be exceptional local footballers;

·       Create long-term opportunities for graduates to be involved with Football not only as a player but coach, umpire or administrator; and

·       Cement and strengthen Rostrevor’s place as one of South Australia’s leading football Colleges.
